Experience Requirements:
Needed:
- 1+ years of experience in Software Development in a team environment.
- Strong .NET development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to step into a new environment and ramp up quickly; ability to review and analyze problems, confirm requirements, create designs, code, test, debug, and install work.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment and ability to work independently; as a self starter, but also to understand when to seek assistance.
- Experience in quickly responding to changing requirements.
Preferred: (Definite Plus)
- Experience in Database Design, Web Application Development, and XML Schema Design
- Microsoft Certifications towards MCAD/MCSD/MCPD.

- Microsoft Certification with either MCAD/MCSD/MCPD.
